The other hotel in Moscow which was housed in another of these skyscrapers, the Ukraina, is still closed for business for the next year while undergoing a major refurbishment. 24/07/08 @ 11:00AM Moscow has been confirmed as the host city for the 54th Eurovision Song Contest in May 2009.
