How to apply and payment schedule

The first step is to contact us by calling 0845 225 2922 or by emailing us

Once we have agreed an itinerary with you and settled all the pricing details, we will email you a quote. You will need to sign this quote and return it to us to confirm your booking.

Each traveller is then required to complete and sign one of our Russia application forms. Collect all the forms along with a deposit of £200 per person and send to us by the date agreed with your Russian City Breaks representative. This will guarantee each traveller’s place on the trip. We can be flexible with the deposit and accept 2 separate payments of £100 per person if this will help you.

The final balance will be due no later than 90 days before departure. We will forward you an invoice detailing the exact amounts owed to our flight provider and us and the dates by which they should be settled.

Payments

Payment can be made either by cheque made payable to “The City Break Company Ltd” or by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon request.
